In case of system failure and system change, you need to inform us whatever the situation our tech team will try to do the back up, incase of system failure the tech team will report accordingly to our admin. So it's important you have to inform us whatever the situation. And our tech team will re-install the software in your new system, after we receive the re-installation request with in 15 minutes, if your request comes in office timing. All other situation will attract re-installation charge.
